As Hardware Quotation Support Leader you will be responsible for the Hardware Quotation team based in Sweden providing technical sales support and generating quotations for customized Biopharma solutions and other complex or large deals, ensuring they are cost competitive and compliant with regulatory and quality management system demands. You will also be responsible for development of the team and calibration towards future market needs.
-Daily operational task to ensure the team provides timely and complete sales support to Modalities and commercial organization
-Development of team and individuals
-Identification and implementation of tools and routines to enable increased productivity of the team
-Identifying market trends and implementation of new platform offerings
-Ensuring meeting (or exceeding) financial metrics
-Together with CBS Business Leader collaborate and harmonize HQS China personnel operational and development
Tasks include but are not limited to:
-Approve MS and quotations within approval limits
-Escalate low margin/strategic deals to upper management for approvals
-Provide funnel reports and status vs operating plans
-Ensure team provides timely deliveries of high quality and competitive quotes for custom hardware projects, securing compliance with regulatory requirements and quality system
-Work tightly with the Customized Bioprocess Solutions (CBS) team to ensure smooth transfer process for awarded customer orders
-Contribute to HQS work in developing new processes for an efficient quotation process
-Contribute to introduction of new technologies as required, to meet customer/market requirements in an optimal way
-Initiate new external networks needed for making competitive quotes, e.g. third party vendors, technology providers etc.
-Build network among internal commercial stakeholders

-Master in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or related) or equivalent work experience
-Strong experience in the industry
-Experience from Biopharma
-Experience from technical sales support and/or commercial quotation work.
-Project management skills
-Good communicator, communicating professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
-Proficiency in English
-EU work permit
-Experience from large Biopharma projects, working at Engineering Company or as customer
-People leader with experience from team and individual’s development
-Proven technical expertise within Bioprocess equipment area
